Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Timelines:
Domestic Shipping (within India): We offer standard shipping across India.
Estimated Delivery Time: 5-7 business days.
Shipping Costs: A flat shipping fee may apply to all orders. Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value, which will be clearly communicated on the website.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
3. Shipment Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
4. Shipping Address:
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct. Saima Perfumes is not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address provided by the customer.
Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns under the following conditions:
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
The return request is initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal dislike of a fragrance after the product has been opened.
2. How to Initiate a Return:
Please email us at info@saimaperfumes.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and include clear photos or a video of the damaged or incorrect item.
Our customer service team will review your request and guide you on the next steps.
3. Return Process:
Once your return is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup from your address.
Please ensure the product is in its original, unused condition with all tags, boxes, and original packaging intact.
After we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will process your replacement or refund. A refund will be initiated as per our Refund Policy.
4. Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at our support email.
