Refund Policy for Saima Perfumes

At Saima Perfumes, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair.

1. Conditions for a Refund
You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

You received a product that was damaged, leaked, or broken during transit.

You received the wrong product in your order.

The product is past its expiration date upon arrival.

Note: We do not offer refunds for products based on personal dislike of a fragrance after it has been opened and used. We encourage customers to read the fragrance notes and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@saimaperfumes.com.

In your email, please include:

Your full name and order number.

A clear description of the issue.

Photographic or video evidence of the damaged, incorrect, or expired item. This is mandatory for processing your request.

3. Processing Your Refund
Once we receive your request and evidence, our team will review it.

If your request is approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.

The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, bank account, UPI).

In some cases, we may arrange for a reverse pickup of the product. The item must be returned in its original packaging.

4. Non-Refundable Items
Products purchased during a sale or with a promotional offer may have different refund terms, which will be specified at the time of purchase.

Products that have been opened and used, unless they were received in a damaged or expired condition.
